At Frost Buddy, we want you to love your home essentials, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. If your purchase doesn't perfectly complement your space, we are here to make the return or exchange process seamless.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
